Since 2017, I have been on an incredible journey with mental health. I have found the experience very difficult at times but living with it also fills me with immense warmth and pride. I want to share that journey with anyone who wants to read it. I hope it can help you feel a little less lonely and a little more capable of embarking on your own journey.

Mental illness is often a very intense, lonely and scary experience. I am not a mental health professional but I hope that sharing my story can help people to feel that bit more normal and that they can find comfort in knowing they are not alone. I hope to use this platform to discuss my journey with mental health, my day to day experience of my mental health and the life changes that have worked for me. My blog posts will look to cover:

  • How I deal with setbacks

  • Mental Health App Recommendations

  • Meditation Recommendations

  • Talk Therapy Experiences

  • GP Experiences

  • The Dark and the Light of the Journey
